By paying the requested amount in INR (IN Rupees) you are eligible to use the materials for commercial use for an unlimited time. The commercial use can be revoked at any time if Newfangled Mind believes there has been a violation in the privacy law, terms of use, human rights, or any illegal act. Commercial use is only granted if this is clearly written on the purchase you make.
Using any of the materials for commercial use, you must provide contact details of the rights owner (licensee).
With a commercial license, you are allowed to:

Newfangled Mind has the right to ask for your order ID to validate your commercial purchase. If no proper purchase ID can be validated for commercial use, Newfangled Mind has the right to submit a DMCA claim.
Refund policy
Newfangled Mind does not refund voluntary donations under any circumstances. Donations can be placed through free digital product downloads or other ways.
Users who purchase digital products that have no free download option or those who purchase a commercial license are eligible to receive a refund under the following terms:

You contact Newfangled Mind through the customer support email address. This email address can be found on the contact page.

Refund requests need to be made within 7 days after the order has been placed and the user has paid for the digital product.

A proper description of the reason why you want a refund needs to be written out.

You must include the email address used to place your order in the written email.
Newfangled Mind has the right to approve or revoke any request for a refund. We will investigate any request and make a decision based upon the reason written in the email. If your reason holds technical issues, Newfangled Mind will do its best to resolve those issues. If Newfangled Mind is unable to resolve the issue, it is very likely a refund will take place. Based on the product, the use, and the written email, Newfangled Mind has the right to provide a full refund or a partial refund that Newfangled Mind believes is reasonable.
